"With over three decades guiding complex, multi-million-pound transformations, I've faced and overcome challenges from every angle. I've experienced first-hand the immense pressure and solitary accountability of sponsor responsibility; leaders are often expected to be everything to everyone, diluting their focus and critical impact.
